Lock and mail us your plastic credit card
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions to ship your card to our studio.
If you’re in the Toronto, ON area, you can drop off the card at our mailbox or book an in-person appointment.
We ensure that your card details are secure throughout the entire process, learn more about security.
Step 3
We convert your card into an anime credit card
Within 24 hours of receiving your card, we’ll use our cutting-edge laser + chip transfer technology to transform your plastic card into luxury metal.
We’ll test your card to ensure everything is working as expected.
Step 4
Free tracked shipping back to you!
We want you to receive your new card as quickly as possible.
We’ll package both cards securely and ship them back to you via free UPS shipping which typically takes between 1 – 3 days depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as it’s shipped.

Our process is quick, easy, and secure!
Once we receive your credit or debit card, we extract the EMV chip and magnetic stripe data and transfer them to your new metal card. Afterwards, we’ll engrave your chosen anime design onto the front and back of the card. We then ship both cards back to you via free UPS shipping.
We have strict policies in place to ensure that your card information is kept secure at all times, and will never be misused.
Once we receive your card in the mail, we perform the transfer on the same day. We’ll then ship it back to you via free UPS shipping which typically takes:
- 1 to 2 days in Canada
- 2 – 3 days in the US
- 5 – 7 days everywhere else

Absolutely! Metal Card Studio Inc. is a registered Canadian corporation. We have strict policies in place to ensure that none of your card information is stored or misused.
Once the procedure is complete, we’ll mail your old card and your new card back to you.
It’s highly illegal to steal and misuse someone else’s credit card information. The consequences involve severe fines and imprisonment and we’d like to avoid both!
All of our staff are trained on how to safely handle your credit card details.
Our cards are made of solid metal, which cannot tap.
Plastic credit cards have antennas built into the cards that enable them to support contactless payment. These antennas cannot be carried over to solid metal cards.
It’s a small sacrifice in exchange for a premium, heavy metal credit card.
While tap won’t work with your new card, you can still connect your card to Google Pay or Apply Pay for the contactless payment functionality.

We understand that credit cards expire! We offer a discount for credit cards that expire within 2 years of your order date. We’re happy to engrave a completely new card for you for just $89 CAD + tax.
We can either reuse the design of your expired metal credit card, or you can select one of our pre-made designs.
